The circle is drawn as the crow flies; we measure our area by road, so a few places near the edge sit just outside it.
What to send
What should I tell you when I get in touch?
The house type, the room you want lit, your postcode and a photo of the ceiling or roof. With those we can usually say what the next step is.
A short message does the job. Say whether you live in a flat, a terrace, a semi or a newer house, and if it is a flat, which floor. Name the room, and say whether you already have a rooflight there or want a new opening.
- Your postcode, so we can confirm you are in our area.
- A photo of the ceiling from inside, and one of the roof from the street if you can take it safely from the ground.
- Any planning or listing notice you know applies to the house.
- A good time of week for a survey.
If you are not sure what to send, send what you have. We will ask for the rest.
Where we work
Where are you based and where do you work?
We come to you. There is no public premises to visit, and the survey takes place at your house.
We work across Newcastle and the towns and villages within 30 road miles of it. Nobody needs to find a shopfront or a yard, because the survey, the quote and the fitting all happen at your property.
